The latest in system management solutions
V7 of the System Management Solution now allows organisations to consolidate their infrastructure into a single dashboard.
With overviews of all important servers, our ‘out of the box’ solution allows the customer to view their entire estate wherever the Itheon technology has been installed.
Itheon Availability Manager provides easy access to your entire IT environment; including common graphing for CPU, memory, and disk space.
More advanced graphs can be created with just a few clicks in the reporting module and the use of Totalview servers and devices (SNMP) can be logically grouped into service areas ie. web, mail, payroll, etc, to provide total infrastructure monitoring.
By tightly aligning IT priorities with business requirements, IT departments can now deliver greater value while optimising performance, reducing risk and increasing agility.
The latest version of the iAM v7 Solution software includes:
- Completely redesigned user presentation functions, including dashboard and user-defined widgets
- User customisable views
- Easier access to management modules, to facilitate easier configuration
- Estate view 2-tier
“This latest version of iAM v7 continues to build upon the great reputation and functionality of all the previous versions of iAM (formerly known as RoboMon) and will continue to help position IT as a strategic business asset instead of a mere cost centre,” said Paul Webb, Sales and Operations Manager – Itheon, Business Unit, Blue Chip Group
Brian Meredith , Managing Director, Blue Chip Group added “I am very excited about this release as it gives companies the ability to consolidate systems management across the whole of their IT infrastructure across all platforms from OpenVMS to the latest VM Ware based environment. iAM –The Next Generation v7 will allow organisations to monitor and manage the environment and only alert on key issues using its consolidated intelligent automation processes.
This can be delivered either direct to the most technical of users as well as offering a non-technical view to the mainstream business users who are responsible for monitoring service delivery and availability and performance with regards actual financial impact it may have on the bottom line. It will also be deployed in our Tier 4 Design Data Centre as part of our Data Centre Services offering”.
