TSS Service Director measures your systems "heartbeat" 24 x 7, which means we can respond to a problem within seconds, even when your system is working in a restricted state.

Our unique, award winning, monitoring software will immediately notify the appropriate person within your company via email and/or SMS to their mobile phone with any hardware problems that occur. It will also report the complete history of the error to our technical support team, allowing them to fully diagnose it within minutes of it happening. They will then (under your complete control) sign on to your system and run any repair action necessary. It's like having your very own onsite engineer.

TSS/BASE can be installed on any midrange system we maintain, this then enables us to provide a proactive approach to maintaining your equipment, in many cases long before you realise the fault exists. Monday-Friday, 8am - 7pm, hardware monitoring to Blue Chip Technical, no SMS messaging facility or customer email.

TSS/Alert can be customised to respond to any message within your system, i.e. job end, day end, month end, back ups completed/not completed, or remote site down, are just a few examples. These messages will be sent to your mobile phone and allow you to respond via your mobile to your system, effectively giving you a hand held remote console!
