Blue Chip's Service Desk provides clients with one number to call for all IT support issues. We focus on the users' soonest return to service as being our goal, as an unproductive user is an unproductive cost to your business.

Blue Chip's Service Desk provides 1st and 2nd level technical support, with call handling to all third party vendors. We provide three levels of service, call logging to third parties, 1st level user support and 2nd level AIX and OS400 technical support.

The Blue Chip Service Desk is manned by our own technical staff 24x7x365 and provides the below operation support windows:

  • Mon-Fri 09.00 - 17.30
  • Mon-Fri 17.30 - 09.00 and Sat-Sun 24x7
  • 24x7x365

Our Service Desk is designed to handle technical calls that clients do not have sufficient skills in house to handle, call overflows at peak times, cover for staff holidays and unplanned sickness, or in fact all calls if a client wishes.
