Blue Chip's Server Monitoring is a reactive service, notifying nominated client staff or third party providers of errors and failures as soon as they occur. It is therefore of vital importance that there are clearly defined and documented escalation paths to resolvers for all types of instances.
Blue Chip will receive SMS and e-mail alerts, nominated client employees can also receive e-mails.

- Hard drive capacity
- Operating system
Reports Include:
- Hardware errors
- Service errors
- Basic availability and trend analysis
- Can also include client specific information
