When you take out a contract with Blue Chip, we will document and define all responsibilities and boundaries of tasks to be undertaken. The service will provide agreed manual and automated tasks and checks, along with the associated frequencies. We will advise and recommend what we believe these should be, however, additional customer specific operations can be added. Blue Chip will additionally provide strategic performance, stability and security recommendations as a trusted advisor.
