Blue Chip restores the client's IBM AS/400 iSeries system onto a dedicated test system in Bedford, upgrades the operating system and loads up the required PFT levels. The client will then benefit from a remote AS/400 session on the test system so they can test remotely to ensure that their applications work and are stable.
We can also allow your company's employees to check the data after the version upgrade by accessing the system via a VPN link. We have successfully upgraded many customers this way and also solved potential problems that could have affected the live upgrade had they not been encountered during the test.
