The Blue Chip OS400 Service Desk provides our customers with the very best OS400 advice available. Our expert, On Demand service is available 24/7 and at a fraction of the cost of providing your own technical expertise.

The Service Desk is designed to provide a high level of technical competence that keeps up to date with the technical small print that can become a burden on your IT resource and a drain on your IT budget.

Originally established to provide a high level of support to our own field engineering team, the OS400 Service Desk is now available to our customers as part of an OS400 Managed Service, an OS400 Software Maintenance Agreement (SWMA) or as OS400 Telephone Support.
