When maintenance is no longer sufficient to ensure your equipment delivers optimum performance, Blue Chip are able to offer replacement of hardware from full systems to single parts; all as part of a maintenance agreement.

At Blue Chip, we hold a large amount of spares stock, ensuring quick and easy access to the components critical to your business . This allows us to improve response times and negate all risks traditionally created by relying on international distribution. Furthermore, Blue Chip can also stock on site spares with customers, ensuring critical components are on site and ready to use immediately if required. This is particularly important where replacement systems are required as a result of a major software or application failure.
Replacement Systems with a 4 Hour Response Time
In the event of the customer having a major software or application failure but where the server is still available Blue Chip will attend site and transfer the image from our NAS back onto the customer's own server. If the server is also down the same process will be applied on to one of our own servers of equal or higher specification to ensure that disruption to your business is minimised. With experience and components on hand, Blue Chip are able to offer replacement systems with a response time as little as 4 hours.
