Human Resources Manager
An exciting opportunity now exists for an experienced HR
generalist to play a key role in the next stage of the Company's
evolution. Working closely alongside the Managing Director, you
will be responsible for all HR activity and will shape the overall
HR strategy in line with the key business objectives.
In particular, you will be responsible for workforce planning and
for managing innovative recruitment, selection and retention
initiatives. Furthermore you will manage all aspects of training,
including the assessment of needs, recommending training
interventions, as well as personally providing management
coaching.
Other areas of responsibility will include policy development,
performance management and legislative compliance.
You will also manage the reward process to time and budget,
educating staff as to the full value of their benefits
package.
CIPD qualified, you will have extensive generalist
HR experience and will have operated as part of a senior
management team, thereby having gained exposure beyond your HR
remit.
Commercially focused, with a pro-active approach, you will have a
track record of driving through change, probably gained with a
medium sized, privately owned organisation.
