Where a server has become unaccesible Blue Chip will provide a replacement device of the same specification or higher pre configured with your organisations image taken from our NAS system.  Expereinced engineers arrive with Server to assist with installation and restoration of data.

Ship to Site Imaging

Where a Server has suffered a failure or loss of data but continues to function Blue Chip can deploy an engineer together with a copy of your backup image to re-install and configure the server.
